Scott Murphy is the president and CEO of NVerzion, a leading provider of digital broadcast automation solutions. Since founding NVerzion more than 20 years ago, Murphy has helped set the industry standard for efficient, reliable broadcast automation solutions.
Reed Haslam
Director of Sales
Reed Haslam is a seasoned broadcast industry professional with over 30 years of experience, specializing in project and product management. As the worldwide director of sales for NVerzion, a leading provider of cutting-edge tools for digital broadcasting and television station automation, Haslam spearheads the company’s business development, marketing, and sales activities. Prior to NVerzion, Haslam was a product manager at Vela, a North American manufacturer of digital video solutions. He began his broadcast career as a test technician for video and audio routers/master control switchers and has since worked in nearly every product and customer-focused area in the business. Haslam is a graduate of the ITT Technical Institute with a degree in electronic engineering technology, and also has a degree in business management from the University of Utah.
Philip Reid
Director of Engineering
As the director of engineering for NVerzion, Philip Reid leads the company's product development team in creating efficient automation solutions and technology advancements designed to optimize a broadcaster's operational workflow. Prior to working at NVerzion, Reid was a project manager at Orbit Communications Company. Reid has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dubuque and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
Jim Peacher
Business Development Manager
Jim Peacher is the business development manager for NVerzion’s CloudNine video server family. He has more than 40 years of sales and marketing experience within the broadcast, AV, and post-production industries.
Lynn Williams
Engineering Project Manager
As Engineering Project Manager at NVerzion, Lynn Williams, MCSE, is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including overseeing large integration projects, building and testing production automation systems, trialing new automation software releases, providing customer technical support and training, conducting sales demonstrations, and managing the company’s internal IT operations. Prior to joining NVerzion in 2003, Lynn worked in IT management for several companies, including Uinta Business Systems, Data Systems International, and Information Enabling Technologies.
Steve Martin
Electrical Engineer
Steve Martin is Electrical Engineer at NVerzion, bringing more than 20 years of engineering experience to the company.
Steve Williams
Support/Systems Engineer
Steve Williams joined the NVerzion team in 2003. As the Support/Systems Engineer, his role includes providing online and telephone technical/customer support; overseeing product prep, installation, training, and quality control; product documentation; and systems engineering for hardware and OS platforms. Prior to working at NVerzion, Steve was a member of the U.S. Marine Corp, where he gained valuable insight in the field of ground telecommunications.

Dawn Haslam
Executive Administrative Assistant
Dawn Haslam joined NVerzion in 2004. As the company’s Executive Administrative Assistant, Dawn provides executive support, with a focus on accounting, finance and credit management. As well as business operations, procurement and human resources.
